Artist's Description

An abandoned farmhouse and barn in a field of yellow wildflowers and trees, with storm clouds overhead during the peak of Spring.

Located in rural Hopkins County, Kentucky, however, as of mid-June 2014, the farmhouse, barn, and the trees which surrounded the two structures, have all been torn-down/cut-down. It is now a wide-open field used extensively for growing alternating crops of corn and soybeans.
