Artist's Description
An abandoned farmhouse almost obscured from sight by trees, in a field of fading yellow wildflowers. Storm clouds overhead during the peak of Spring threaten this portion of Hopkins County, near Madisonville, Kentucky.
Update: As of mid-June 2014, the farmhouse and the trees which surrounded it, were torn-down/ cut-down. It is now a wide-open field where crops of corn and soybean are alternately grown.
